During your shifts you'll consistently walk, snuggle/play with and feed a wide range of dogs (large/small, young/old, and special-needs included).  You'll also help clean and sanitize our cabins (pet accommodations) between camper's visits.  You may occasionally have the opportunity to taste shampoo, conditioner and fur when helping with a bath before departure, but we'll NEVER ask you to trim nails...we don't do that here. ;)

Team members are expected to work independently, multitask, show attention to detail, be reliable and most importantly, you MUST LOVE DOGS!

Morning (7:30-~11:00 AM) and Afternoon (2:30-~6:00 PM) shifts are available. Shift schedules are flexible. Availability for weekday afternoons, and holidays is preferred. 

Campground Assistants must be at least 16 years of age and must have reliable transportation to Companion Camp; we're located ten miles northwest of Pittsboro via NC-87.  Our starting wages are competitive and regularly reviewed for performance-based increases.  We also offer a company-matched 401K.
