Morning and evening meals

Cabins

NOTE: These are NOT the traditional kennels, runs or crates you might expect...

We have 12 total cabins located along a winding trail around our central pond.  Each cabin is built to residential code, so they're effectively tiny houses...perfectly suitable for human or canine lodging.  Cabins are duplex (center-split) so there are two "rooms" in each; allowing us to care for up to a total of 50-60 pets at any given time.  Each camper has a their own cozy private room and daytime access to an outdoor 10'x10' patio which is completely enclosed in chain-link fencing. Two or more dogs from the same family may share a room, but we reserve the right to separate them if any conflicts occur.

Each cabin includes the following amenities:

Two spacious 6'x9' interior rooms
Interior gates/outside doors (locked at all times)
Individually controlled heat and A/C Skylights
Ceiling fan
Dog-height windows
Comfortable Kuranda (cot) bed
Snuggly beach towel
"Canine-focused" Classical Music (via dedicated stereo)
10'x10' private patio access via doggy door (daytime)
Fire extinguisher

Exercise

The peaceful, ten-acre wooded setting of Companion Camp offers opportunities for hiking and exploring on several trails.

Each dog camper enjoys a morning mile-long hike or play yard romp.   After breakfast and some relaxation in their cabins, the fun continues with another mile-long hike or play yard romp in the afternoon.

The play yards provide ample opportunities to retrieve balls and frisbees, chase butterflies and cool off in our swimming pools (temperature permitting).

  Newsflash

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We're coming out of our slow period now and are actually full again from 16-19 February 2023!  Is everyone going to the CAR vs. WSH Stadium Series game at Carter-Finley?!  (LET'S GO 'CANES!)  As of now, we do still have plenty of availability this year and beyond, including all major holidays.  It's difficult to predict how things will go this year, but if you're considering traveling, why not go ahead and make your Camp reservations today!

We've shortened our cancellation policy to five (5) day advanced-notice and will be capping any charges at a maximum of a 2-night stay for a single dog...so there's virtually no risk in securing a cabin for whenever you may need.

We'd also like to introduce our new ONLINE New Camper Registration form which can be accessed via the button in the bottom-right corner of this site.  Feel free to use either the new online or legacy "Offline / PDF" form to submit your new camper registration!

As always, if you have any questions whatsoever, please don't hesitate to reach out.

We hope to see you soon!

Best,
Tim and Jess
