Companion Camp is an all-inclusive campground for pets dedicated to providing quality lodging services for cats and dogs. Established in 2008, we provide safe, affordable and reliable care for your fur-babies YEAR ROUND in a beautiful natural setting just north of Pittsboro, North Carolina.  We are privileged to serve our neighbors in the Pittsboro, Chapel Hill, Burlington and greater "Raleigh-Durham" areas.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS, EVERYONE!

It's been a while since we've posted here, but everything is great at Camp!  We're looking forward to seeing everyone for the upcoming holidays and continue to work through our reservation requests and waiting lists. 

We also wanted to make sure everyone is aware of a previous change regarding our billing. Effective 01 July 2024, in lieu of raising our rates, a service fee of 3.5% will be applied to all credit card purchases. For your convenience, you may avoid this extra fee by paying cash or check.  We held off on making this change as long as we could and greatly appreciate your understanding.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We're coming out of our slow period now and are actually full again from 16-19 February 2023!  Is everyone going to the CAR vs. WSH Stadium Series game at Carter-Finley?!  (LET'S GO 'CANES!)  As of now, we do still have plenty of availability this year and beyond, including all major holidays.  It's difficult to predict how things will go this year, but if you're considering traveling, why not go ahead and make your Camp reservations today! 

We've shortened our cancellation policy to five (5) day advanced-notice and will be capping any charges at a maximum of a 2-night stay for a single dog...so there's virtually no risk in securing a cabin for whenever you may need.

We'd also like to introduce our new ONLINE New Camper Registration form which can be accessed via the button in the bottom-right corner of this site.  Feel free to use either the new online or legacy "Offline / PDF" form to submit your new camper registration!

Hey, everyone!  If the number of reservations we've been taking is any indication, things definitely seem to be getting back to "normal" with respect to traveling.  Just to make sure there is no confusion, Companion Camp remains open for boarding but we are still not offering daycare at this time.  To be clear, we never closed...we simply stopped daycare services last September.  As of right now, we have no immediate plans to restart daycare but we'll be sure to let everyone know ASAP if/when that changes.

Also, effective 01 July 2022, we will be reinstating our cancellation/change policy.  We had suspended this due to the uncertainty related to COVID's impact on travel and related plans, but with things stabilizing we've reached the point where we need to start enforcing it again.  As a reminder, the full policy is linked in the signature of every e-mail we send.  Any changes to this will be published on the website and thus available through the link in all e-mails.  If you have any questions whatsoever, please don't hesitate to reach out.
